Les orangettes eren un d’aquells pendents que arrossegava feia temps i que mai m’animava a fer. Aprofitant que a la feina fèiem una panera de Nadal col.laborativa, i que el taronger de ma germana ha començat de nou a fruitar, m’he animat a posar-m’hi. Desprès de mirar i comparar receptes a la xarxa, m’ha convençut la manera que te la Su de Webos Fritos de preparar Naranjas confitadas. I el resultat és sensacional:
3 taronges (si son ecològiques, millor)
3 mandarines
1 cullerada sopera de sal
1 kg de sucre
1/2 litre d’aigua
En primer lloc rentem molt be les taronges (i mandarines), sobretot si han rebut alguna mena de tractament abrillantador. Un cop ben netes, les tallem a rodanxes finetes. Si son grans , les tallem per la meitat.
Les bullim dos minuts amb aigua i sal per a treure l’amargor , les traiem i les passem per aigua freda per treure la sal. Un cop ben netes, les posem en un pot amb l’aigua i el sucre i les fem bullir a foc molt lent com a mínim dues hores. un cop esta confitat ho deixem en l’almívar tota la nit. L’endemà, traiem els grills confitats i els deixem escórrer sobre la reixeta del forn com a mínim un dia sencer.
Un cop estan escorreguts, els acabem d’assecar al forn molt baixet (jo he posat 50º) fins que el líquid s’hagi evaporat. Això pot tardar dues o tres hores segons el vostre forn.

Un cop secs, els podem banyar amb xocolata fondant (desfet al microones en tandes de 30 segons) i els deixem refredar sobre un paper de forn. (així evitem que s’enganxin) .

Son unes llaminadures perfectes per a regalar o pecar mentre prenem un cafè a les llargues sobretaules d’aquests dies. Deixeu-vos seduir !
