Coca Anne de la Mireia Carbó
Aquesta és una d’aquelles receptes que van circulant pels blogs i on cadascú hi incorpora les seves variants. Pero la recepta original és de la Mireia Carbó, concretament del seu llibre La cuina salvavides. I la veritat és que com és una recepta Carbó, és facil, boníssima i sempre surt be. Que fariem sense tu, Mireia !
Un animo a fer-la. I a incorporar-hi variants ! Ara be, la combinació de la mostassa i el formatge és el que li dona el toc genial.
Necessitem:
1 làmina de pasta de full
4 cullerades de mostassa de Dijon
150 gr de formatge Cheddar ratllat
150 gr de bacon curat
500 gr de tomàquets cirerols
Orenga (opcional)
A la recepta original , la Mireia posa el Cheddar en làmines, no hi afegeix bacon i els tomàquets que posa son de pera normals. Pero amb aquestes variants trobo que ha quedat la mar de bé.
Per a fer-la, despleguem la làmina de pasta de full a la safata del forn i mantenim el paper que l’embolica a sota. Un cop esta ben deplegada, la pintem amb la mostassa. No ha de ser una capa gruixuda, pero si pintar tota la superficie.
A continuacio, escapem el formatge Cheddar ratllat per sobre. A banda, haurem tallat a tires i passat el bacon per la paella. No cal torrar-lo massa perquè ja s’acabara de coure al forn. Un cop estigui una mica fet, tambe l’escampem a sobre la coca. Finalment, acabem el muntante amb tires de cirerols partits pel mig. Ho salem lleugerament i hi afegim orenga
Llavors es tan senzill com coure-ho al forn a 180º fins que la pasta de full estigui torradeta i els tomaquets també. Calenta es una delicia, i es pot servir tallada a cuadradets com a picapica
